Tracy Eldridge

For the past 25 years, Tracy Eldridge has served public safety in many capacities. She began her career in 1996 as a 9-1-1 dispatcher and worked her way up to became the Chief Dispatcher in Rochester, MA in 2003.

In 2016, Tracy joined RapidSOS and during those 4 years, played a pivotal role in delivering a free resource and critical data, including device-based location and additional data for 9-1-1 callers to approximately 5,000, 9-1-1 PSAPS across the U.S.

Since 2006, she has been traveling the country educating telecommunicators, EMTs, and Firefighters nationwide with classes provided by her own company, Right Way 9-1-1 and The Public Safety Group. As she travels the country she truly enjoys teaching her public safety family skills that can assist them in their duties, as well as how to take better care of themselves.

Tracy, still serves her community as a firefighter/EMT at the her local fire department and is a Co-founder and lead instructor for their local Fire and EMS Explorer Post #343.

With the mission to create a hub for public safety training, tips, and tools, in 2020 she started the podcast “On Scene First with Tracy Eldridge”. https://www.onscenefirst.com/

Tracy has been recognized nationally for her efforts to bring awareness to PTSD and the importance of good leadership skills to public safety professionals, through training sessions, webinars conference sessions and keynote presentations
